Guess what! The installation process is surprisingly simple.

  • Before we get started, make sure to clean the wall surface and get rid of any loose/falling paint.
  • Measure the area, decide on a layout and mark the wall according to the dimensions.
  • Using the regular hot glue gun, Power Grab or Hot Glue works great. Be sure to apply enough glue so that the panel assures proper bond with the wall.

Rule of thumb: Applying glue around the edges creating a frame and making an “X”  connecting the corners should be plenty.

  • Your starting point may be in the center of your wall but it also may be in the corner, it is significant to find a great starting point and this can depend on the project you are working on.
  • If the size of the wall don’t match the panels, cut the panels by the utility knife as needed.
  • If there is a power outlet on the wall, measure the position on the panel and cut with a utility knife.
  • Hold the panel for about 30 seconds to let the glue harden and cool.

Things & Tools need to uplift your walls with the Bamboo Wall Panels:

  • Measuring tape
  • Utility Knife (new blade would be better)
  • Small tray for adhesive and foam roller
  • Glue (Instant Grab #310 or Contact Cement by Dap or LePage, is recommended)
  • Chalk Line
  • Drywall Compound/Putty Knife
  • Level/Carpenter’s Square
  • Sandpaper (number 220 and up)

Steps to install:

  • Your starting point may be in the center of your wall but it also may be in the corner, it is significant to find a great starting point and this can depend on the project you are working on.
  • If the size of the wall doesn’t match the panels, cut the panels by the utility knife as needed.
  • Prime the panels
  • Use the sandable drywall for chalking the gaps between the panels and sand them smooth.
  • Apply coat of primer over the joints and ….
  • Paint them the color that personifies YOU.
